Author(s)Beutler, Gerhard
PublicationGermany, 1. Springer 2. Springer-Verlag, 2005.
Contents NoteThis work is based on lecture notes about Celestial Mechanics of the planetary system and of artificial satellites, about the rotation of Earth and Moon, and about numerical analysis. The lectures were intended for diploma students of astronomy, physics, mathematics and geography at the University of Bern in their first three academic years. Volume I deals with the development of theory and mathematical tools. Volume 2 deals with applications. Volume 3 deals with computer program system included in volume 2.
