| Abstract Note | This volume contains the proceedings of the conference entitled "Massive Young Star Clusters Near and Far: From the Milky Way to Re-ionization" that was held at Pueble, Mexico Between the 2nd and 6th of December 2013 to commemorate the 100th birth anniversary of Guillermo Haro. Star Clusters are the common link between differnt kinds of objects, both Galactic and extragalactic, that he discovered in the fifties and sixthies.
The book starts with the physical conditions for forming star clusters, followed by the topic of the formation and evolution of young massive clusters, and their possible relationship to globular clusters and ends with the most extraordinary star-formation systems in the distant universe.
